returns & refunds
pre-orders
pre-orders are non-refundable. by placing a pre-order you are reserving a numbered copy of a limited first edition. if for any reason the edition cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
prints
prints are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
damaged or defective items
if your order arrives damaged, please contact erin@evolvingground.art within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage. a replacement or full refund will be issued at our discretion.
incorrect shipping details
please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. we are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
