each copy of inward is hand-numbered, signed, and shipped directly from adelaide, south australia via australia post tracked domestic or international mail.
orders are limited to one copy per person.

please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and dispatched. you will receive a tracking number by email once your copy has been posted.

duties & import taxes
all international orders are shipped DDU - delivered duty unpaid. this means that any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected at your border, not at checkout.
whether or not duties apply depends on your country’s import thresholds and regulations.
some notes by region:
united states — books imported from australia are currently subject to us import tariffs. please be aware that additional charges may be levied by us customs upon arrival. these fees are outside my control and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge.
canada — printed books (hs code 4901) are duty-free into canada under cusma. no import duty is expected on your order.
united kingdom — the uk applies its own post-brexit import vat on goods above £135 per consignment. as a single book falls below this threshold, no import vat is expected.
european union — import vat may apply depending on your member state. you may be contacted by your local postal carrier to pay vat before delivery is completed.
new zealand — new zealand customs collects gst on imports above nzd$1,000. a single book falls well below this threshold; no duty is expected.
asia — import thresholds vary by country. please check with your local customs authority if you are uncertain about applicable fees.

lost or damaged orders
all orders are sent with tracking. if your book arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and i will arrange a replacement where stock allows.
if tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. if the book cannot be located, contact me and we will work out a solution.
returns
